faulty balcony door warm water

staff were fantastic. rooms were well equipped, stylish, clean, and comfortable.

the sliding balcony door was hard to lock and open. little hot water took a very long time to come through. it was only warm, not hot.

The kitchen had cooking tools. There was a washing machine and a dryer, helpful. The pool was clean. I enjoyed my time there.

The room needed a bit more lighting.

Inconsistent Stay, Some Issues

constant phone calls lack of food options

The location was acceptable, it had a tram line right outside.

My one bedroom apartment was not great. I found constant phone calls to my room to attend presentations quite irritating. The room itself was good but the lack of nearby food options due to closures from Friday to Monday was disappointing.

clean unit excellent kitchen wonderful pressure

the apartment had a very clean unit with sufficient soap. i liked the wonderful shower pressure. the kitchen was also excellent.

there was no guest information brochure in the room!
